The pads are available in 4 sizes M, L, XL, XXL. We recommend to always choose 2 sizes one or day and one for night. If you are young girls, teens you take M & L and if you are plus size or adult women you can choose XL & XXL.

Wash and care for up to 100 washes. Once in a while, do a deep cleanse using baking soda for thorough cleaning.
